NEW - InVitroCYP™ Microsomes: in a class by themselves
Human liver microsomes are a major tool for studying enzyme inhibition, clearance, and metabolite identification. Pooled microsome products that are available on the market today offer “average” cytochrome P450 (CYP) activity, which may not provide sufficient enzyme activity levels in some assays. Celsis | In Vitro Technologies has solved this problem by offering InVitroCYP microsomes in three new classifications to meet the unique requirements of your inhibition and metabolism studies:
- InVitroCYP H-class™ for high enzyme activity
- InVitroCYP M-class™ for moderate enzyme activity
- InVitroCYP C-Class™ for custom activity levels

All Celsis InVitroCYP Microsomes are prepared and delivered following our exclusive 3-C process that guarantees consistent quality and accuracy from lot to lot, every time.
The Celsis 3-C quality process for microsomes: |
 |
- Characterize all incoming samples
- Combine using a proprietary algorithm to ensure optimal enzyme activity for different tests
- Certify that the final products meet target specifications, including total P450 levels, through our independent QA/QC department

Celsis InVitroCYPs are an exclusive "purpose-pooled" product, the first microsomes that are guaranteed to provide
a consistent and reproducible range of enzyme activity levels across nine different substrates. The chart at
left illustrates the relative activity levels for the InVitroCYP
M-class and H-class products.
